DND- By registering your phone number on www.babjiauyvedaa.com, you authorize us to override the National Do-Not-Disturb Registry (DND) i.e. – even if your registered phone number false under DND list of National Consumer preference Registry (NCPR/NDNC), you voluntarily allow us the authority to call and send notifications/messages to your registered mobile number.
SMS Terms of Service
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications from Babji Ayurveda (operated by Sunshine Rx International Pvt Ltd), you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
Babji Ayurveda operates two SMS messaging programs:
- Transactional Messages: Order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery updates, and customer support follow-ups.
- Promotional Messages: Product offers, discounts, new arrivals, and wellness content. This program requires separate opt-in consent.
Consent
By checking the applicable opt-in box on our website or at checkout, you consent to receive the corresponding SMS messages from Babji Ayurveda at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive promotional messages is never a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. For transactional messages, you will receive messages related to each order you place. For promotional messages, you may receive up to 4–6 messages per month.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of any SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program will be sent. To opt back in, you must re-submit your consent.

Your mobile number and consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
